Under the guidance of Professor Dan Zhaoyi, Gu Jingdan embarked on her musical journey at the tender age of seven, continuing her studies with him to this day. With an impressive track record, Gu Jingdan has garnered an impressive collection of accolades, including 13 first prizes or gold medals, five second prizes or silver medals, and one third prize or bronze medal from a variety of international and local piano competitions. In recent years, she has showcased her virtuosity through solo piano concerts across the nation, expanding her artistic reach to encompass regions such as Japan, the United States, Canada, and more. Additionally, Gu Jingdan has had the privilege of performing piano concertos alongside renowned symphony orchestras both domestically and internationally, including esteemed ensembles such as the Shenzhen Symphony Orchestra and the Guiyang Symphony Orchestra.
